​Before your physiotherapy appointment, please contact your private medical insurance company to check that your cover is adequate and to obtain the following information: 

• Membership number

• Claim number

• Number of sessions authorised

Please be aware that all insurance policies usually have an excess, for which the policyholder is responsible. Your treatment may not be covered entirely by your insurance company, and any shortfall is your responsibility to settle directly with the clinic. Your insurance company will answer any questions you may have regarding your policy.
